Winter Wellness Update

No matter the temperature outside or inside, the best way to get your body temperature up is by creating body heat to be trapped.  The entire winter work out look from Nordstrom accomplishes being warm and looking cute, but underneath the clothes my body is heating up and burning calories along with raising my heart rate.  This Pom Pom Beanie acts as a lid on a pot of boiling water keeping the heat inside, with the jacket and boots not letting heat escape.  Try these amazingly warm Good American Leopard Leggings next time you are going for a run or walk in cold or cool weather. Now that Christmas has come and gone, the damage of the holiday foods is done or is it?  You now have leftovers and gift cards to splurge on (hello new leopard leggings or these pink and gold leggings) for days and weeks to come. Do these at home workouts and mental exercises for the next five days to get back on track and get the whole family around to participate.

3. What goals will you set for yourself? Make them attainable, then progress as they become a reality.
Repeat for 5mins

4. How can you and your family make the change in your diet and lifestyle to create changes in your body as well as your mindset?
Each person in your family goes for 1min while the others rest, if you are working alone rest 2mins before starting.
-run to a spot on your street 2 times/should be running for at least 30secs
then jumping squats for rest of the minute
-next person starts at the end of your minute
repeat 5 times.
5. Be an example for your friends and family, then let them know how you personally were able to create a change.  Everyone wants to be mentally and physically fit, so be the one they look to for help.
