The most asked questions the last two months have been about my work out routine and what I do for weights when I am at the gym. I love that you all are so interested in this and honestly I was a rookie for many years until Sean came into my life. He has over 15 years in the athletic industry and his knowledge on the body and fitness is incredible.  Every time he has worked me out I have learned either a new exercise, movement or simply just helping me understand my mind to muscle connection. I try to work out with weights at least three times a week. If I only get to one, it is still better than nothing, and showing yourself grace is always important. If I know I am going to miss the gym for more than five days I really try to be 80% to 90% clean in my diet to make up for the lack of movement in the gym that week. My favorite day at the gym is always leg day. Even when it is not “leg day” for me at the gym I always leave my session at the gym with a little something for my inner thighs and glutes. I carry most of my unwanted weight in my mid section/hips and working on this area more frequently helps this problem area. Sean wants me to let you know it’s 80% diet depending on your metabolism and genetics lol, so with that said work on your food and drink choices before you start seeing results.

*Find your 1 rep max for:
Deadlift-Pulling motion from the ground to your hips
Backsquat- Pushing motion with the Barbell sitting on your traps squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Frontsquat-Pushing motion with the bar resting on your front delts.
Please look these up before you perform the movement, making sure to have a spotter if you are trying a weight you have never done them before.
