Photo Shoot Idea

I have been thinking and thinking about a photo shoot idea for Coach and I for awhile…

I want to use a photo as our Christmas Card… but I also want it for our home!!!

Here are my ideas..

I want Coach (husband) is something preppy, we have never done any photo preppy, and our wedding was nothing like this….

I want him in a bow tie…

I am NOT positive on what I am going to wear yet but,  I am thinking maybe one of these Jcrew dresses:

I want to carry some flowers, like a bright mini boq of flowers…

I cant decide if I want to go with sunflowers…

Or with something just bright like these all blended into one…

I then want us to be sitting on a couch of some sort and also a couple on the beach and then in a corn field, cotton field, or grassy field of some sort…

I also want to find a blue rocking chair and have us sit in them like this:

I want all of that to create a hodge podge of colors to have this feel:

{all photos are by Vue Photography}
Isn’t that just adorable…

What photographer wants to make this happen for me?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’ve been planning a prep shoot at an historic house in Ft Myers, FL. complete with rocking chairs and croquet. Let me know if you are interested deb at deborahcull.com. I guess it would require some travel, unless you can find something similar where you are!

I love the teal dress…please get it, because I want it, and I can’t wear it right now!! Ha-Ha! 🙂

I love love love the second dress! I am torn between the sunflowers or a bright bouquet, I think both would look great, If you go with the teal dress, the bright bouquet might be my pick! Whatever you decide I am sure the shoot will be darling!

Love the bow tie { esp with the cardi}. Vinyard Vines?Second dress for sure. The first looks more structured, at least in the photo, and something airier always photographs better, ie makes women look thiner. And I’m partial to sunflowers. They scream southern, plus they’re in season right now $$. Love all the ideas for settings, sounds prec!

  5. You are way more creative than me with the photo set up ideas, but I love all the colors that you want to use… Classic but bold 🙂

Love your ideas! I have a lot of vintage furniture and a rocking chair that’s actually a two-seater loveseat type deal. I know it’s a stretch, but The Crescent in Valdosta would be FABULOUS for this!!!

  7. I love the second dress and the bouquet of sunflowers! So pretty!

  8. I wish that I had some of your creativity! Can’t wait to see the end result!

  9. You have a ton of areas in South Walton (destin) along 30A that have these feels to them.
The grassy areas of Seaside, the quaint feel of Rosemary and the elegance of Eden State Gardens or Camp Helen.
I would love to help you out.
