Off the Rack: Wet Seal

Wet Seal is a hit or miss, not as great as Charlotte Russe
but still a couple items I spied that I thought you might enjoy.
 
First I saw these cute Loffeler Randall look a like boots for CHEAP
Then I headed to the clothes

 love love this

They had a couple cute tunics
here is my #1 pick embellished tunic
this belted tunic in many many colors available

this bow top was kind of cute as well
I also thought this was cute:
off the shoulder studded tunic 
it comes in two colors as well. 
They also had some cute jackets/sweaters:

my #1 pick is this cute one trimmed in fur 
I also like this cropped Military one 
this belted short trench was cute as well
