Rainy Mess

This rain and cold weather has taken over spring. Seeing everyone else frolicking around in sunny warm weather is no fun. It has been raining all spring. I feel like I have worn out my wellies. Today I decided to throw on a fun color for spring to try to trick myself into liking the weather. The pretty light green-yellow color of my ruffle cardigan made me smile. I mixed it with my embellished tee for the mix of the two styles. I put on my go-to white skinny jeans and wellies for the down pour rain today. The hair was a must do pony tail. I just knew I was going to get soaked and I can not handle wet hair in my face. Enjoy my outfit of the day with the outfit details below photos.
